Outstanding Support and Extensive Functionality with JustCall

Think Twice Before Choosing This Company
The prior negative reviews are completely accurate. The service provided by this company is extremely poor. They operate out of India, and the team appears to lack proper knowledge, training and education. I am relieved they offered a trial period because we faced significant challenges with integration and even had to hire a developer for assistance. Their service team was unhelpful, unresponsive, and unwilling to address our questions. We even escalated the issue by emailing the CEO, who showed no interest in resolving our concerns. Given the terrible service we experienced during the trial, I am grateful we chose not to proceed further and instead opted for PhoneBurner, where we successfully set up 18 lines. I strongly advise others to avoid this company to spare themselves the frustration and disappointment it is likely to cause.
