My experience is based mainly on customer support so far. I have just signed up to a free trial but was having issues with securing a phone number and getting my application approved. It was putting me off already. I contacted support, fully expecting a battle with an AI bot or with someone who didn't really care or understand the issues. Instead I received nothing but focused, attentive, professional help from a number of excellent representatives who ultimately resolved all of my issues to my satisfaction. I'm now looking forward to trialling the platform safe in the knowledge that any issues will be quickly addressed. It's rare these days that support teams take genuine ownership of customer issues, and are proactive in their communication but this is exactly what you get with JustCall. My special thanks to Srikanth, Tarun and Surya. Excellent service and I am now a happy customer!
