We have 5 children they all love the Trampoline. When we have a issue and we have had a few jumpflex has always taken care of my issues . When I email them they are great about responding. I have never had a issue with customer support they are awesome. If you want someone who stands behind their product this is the trampoline you want. Thank you jumpflex. Mike

We love our JumpFlex trampoline
We love our JumpFlex trampoline! Super easy to shop online, fast delivery and easy to assemble. Our boys absolutely love their 14 foot trampoline and are on it most every single day! The warranties are also a huge plus!

Jumpflex is worth every penny!
This is our 2nd Jumpflex Trampoline. When we sold our home, the new owners liked the Jumpflex so much, they asked us to include it in the home purchase. By far, Jumpflex is worth every penny. Yes, you will pay more but in the long run, it will simply last longer and cost less. When you compare Jumpflex against anything else, it's so easy to see the quality difference. It's so refreshing to see a company actually care about its products and its customers. I wished more companies cared as much as Jumpflex.

Absolutely amazing customer service
Absolutely amazing customer service! I run a foster home.. our trampoline gets lots of play.. the zipper broke and a simple picture and was sent a replacement net. It’s held up well and is still like brand new a year later. (Zipper is made very well, was a fluke it happened )

JumpFlex’s customer service is amazing
JumpFlex’s customer service is amazing. I ordered some extra parts for our trampoline and Jump Flex called me to make sure that what I had ordered was correct. It wasn’t (My Mistake) they fixed the issue before it was an issue and everything came as advertised. Not to mention the quality of this trampoline is fantastic. I highly recommend Jump Flex and very glad this where we purchased our trampoline.
