Awesome trampoline and customer service!
We love our trampoline! We've had it for 7 months and we are very happy with it so far. My daughter likes it because she can jump with friends and it keeps her safe from falling and spring pinches. It took 3 people a couple hours to put together. Everything you need was included in the box and the instructions were simple to understand. The ladder did break after 5 months as one of the pins broke which caused the step to slide down. However, I contacted customer service and immediately shipped us a new one for free.

Great product, great service.
The Jumpflex employee that took our order was polite, patient, and knowledgeable. Packages shipped quickly and arrived in just a few days. The trampoline seems to be very well made and has held up to lots of use over the last 6 weeks.

Couldn't Ask for More
We looked up what we wanted on Jumpflex's site... found it, ordered it, and received it shortly thereafter. Their website is intuitive, the experience was seamless, and the whole family is happy with the product. We started with their trampoline 2 years ago and have been adding accessories since. We're completely satisfied in every way.

Fast Delivery, Easy Assembly, Best Decision!
I recieved my trampoline within 1 week. My kids helped me assemble it and it was so much fun. Everything came in perfect condition and the parts were labeled with easy to follow instructions. My kids and I have enjoyed our new trampoline for a full month now and I have to say that this is the best investment that I have made for my family so far. They love jumping every day and I am not worried that they are going to get hurt, plus they are getting exercise while they are having fun. This is the best trampoline we have every owned!

Great trampoline, almost perfect instructions
We've had our 14ft trampoline for a month and we all love it! It has a great bounce and we feel safe with the netting and strong materials. Together, it took my husband and I about 2 hours to set up. The instructions were very good, the only suggestion I have is to make it clear how difficult the last few attachments are for the top of the net. You REALLY have to pull hard to get the net on the poles. I kept wondering if we did something wrong and it shouldn't be that difficult, but we finally got it. Everything else went smoothly.

Product came in 3 days after order
Product came in 3 days after order. Accessories came in a bit later but not to long about a week later. Absolutely love the trampoline, only change would be to enterance would help of it had a clamp. This is only when my smaller children are in. The way it comes is perfect for older kids.
