Jumpflex TrampolinesReviews of jumpflex.com

Great experience. Our 2nd purchase. Was in contact throughout the whole time. Would highly recommend. Totally worth the extra money. Best product available and the company is professional.

Great fun for the entire family, especially my three-year-old granddaughter. Instructions were easy to follow; however, a little difficult trying to assemble by myself. Needed a helping hand with the sidewall netting. I was always exhausted have connecting the 100 springs a second time for the side webbing, but it makes the unit perfectly safe for smaller (and big) kids. Very impressed with the quality and the safety features.

This is not the cheapest product, but we live in the country. I can't tell you how many times the wind has damaged so much out here. I have seen many trampolines wrapped around electric poles, etc. I wanted thicker poles and a good quality net and a good weight capacity, so I spent a little more. We have had our trampoline up for about a month I think. We have it anchored well. So far, we are very satisfied with the quality and it was worth the price. The shipping was excellent as well.

My kids absolutely love their new Jumpflex trampoline! Everything was packaged nicely and it was super easy to put together. I love that we all can enjoy it as a family as well!

The trampoline is great quality. The wind blew it away and it got damaged i thought it was going to be expensive to fix. I was wrong parts are like 15 bucks a piece with free shipping. Customer assistance made it all worth buying one of the more expensive trampolines. My daughter loves it and i can zip her in there and not worry at all. Im very happy with my purchase. Parts were delivered in a couple days. The guy a spoke with on the phone was very helpful and got the parts out immediately. Thanks jumpflex excellent business

I have been very happy with our Jumpflex purchase. It was easy to assemble and my kids have been on it every night since we put it together. I would suggest editing the instructions to include notes stating if you have this accessory please do this etc. I became very frustrated having to undo a step to do the next step. I also became frustrated when I went to install the basketball hoop after I put the net up just to find out I needed to pull the net off and remove one of the original pole sleeves. Overall this is a great trampoline and I like suggest it to anyone.

Great experience! Delivery was very fast. My kids love it. Built very good!
