So far it has been great
So far it has been great. The top cover is not what we were expecting though. It’s awfully small for the 15 foot trampoline.

The trampoline is great and well made
The trampoline is great and well made. Fairly easy to put together. I ordered the anchor set and no straps were included - still waiting to hear from customer service. Also, the spring tool has a very small/thin grip and for people with big hands, makes it hard to hold and digs into fingers. Otherwise, great product. Little on expensive side but worth it.
Response from Jumpflex TrampolinesMay 5, 2022
Hi Dave, Thank you for your review, we really appreciate it! We're very pleased to hear you're satisfied with the trampoline. We do apologize to hear the Anchorkit™ arrived with missing parts - I can see a replacement Anchorkit™ has been sent out. If you have any further concerns or enquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us on [email protected]. Warm regards, Weslee
