My kids love the trampoline I like the structure of it I like the colors of it everything went fine I got actually the trampoline and accessories very quick the only problem was the anchor kit took like two weeks 2 1/2 weeks to get in and this was an Easter gift for the kids so they wanted it up and shortly after I put it up we had storms coming through so I had to go buy sandbags to put on it because I was afraid of the 40 50mile an hour wind moving it around other than that your customer service is great thank you

The email process and all that was very smooth and they shipped my products right away. But the problem is, I STILL didn’t get the parts that I need. So I have 4 small foam pad things that I guess I’m just going to throw away because it’s not the right parts I need replaced. Just not even worth all the effort

It has been a pleasant experience with my order from Jumpflex. The trampoline arrived as planned, but the Anchor Kit was missing. Customer Service has been very prompt with follow-up, and all to whom I spoke were very nice and professional. They have responded to my emails in a timely manner. Thinking that the kit might have been lost by carrier, the customer service representative placed another order at no additional expense and said it should be delivered in five to ten working days. We are very pleased with the trampoline! I would definitely recommend Jumpflex to others.

Easy to put together. It took about 3 hours from open box to first jump with 3 adults assembling. Very happy with our purchase!
