Great trampoline!
We received our (15ft) trampoline within 4 days of ordering, and we cannot be happier with the product. Most people around us have the Springfree trampoline only because our local shop carries the brand and they also deliver/assemble (for a fee of course), but I'm a DIY-er and I also wanted to save hundreds of dollars. I do wish Jumpflex offered free shipping especially in today's e-commerce market. Assembly was fairly easy I would say, for most DIY-ers it shouldn't take more than 2 hours to complete.

GET THIS TRAMPOLINE.
I did a fair amount of research online and was sold by JumpFlex’s great looking website and great looking product. I wanted a big trampoline that could withstand a lot of weight. I also wanted one that had a hoop attachment. The price was also very reasonable compared to other high quality trampolines. Long story short….the three boxes arrived about a week after ordering. Each box weighed 80 pounds. One of them even arrived damaged and they immediately shipped me out a brand new replacement and I didn’t have to do anything with the damaged one. They said “keep it for parts.” It took about 5 hours to build. I did most of it by myself - I had a little help from the kids when attaching the net and when connecting big frames pieces. The trampoline is pure awesome. The kids love it. Even my two huskies love it - both on top with the kids and underneath for the shade.

This is the perfect trampoline for my four kids!
This is the perfect trampoline for my four kids. It appears very sturdy so far and my kids have spent hours upon hours jumping on it. My order came quickly and I love being able to make payments with Affirm.

Great customer service!
Had to have our net replaced after the zipper was malfunctioning within 24 hours of assembly. Jumpflex shipped a new one immediately!
