Awesome trampoline
Awesome trampoline. Easy to assemble excluding the net. Assembled single handed in about 3 hours. Has awesome bounce for a 200 pound adult

The trampling is great but
Update: the company just reached out with directions how to attach the net differently (the old way) and it is perfect! No complains :) we definitely have the best trampoline on the block and all the kids (and adults) love it! The trampling is great. Our only complain is how the safety net connects to the bottom of the frame. While we jump it constantly gets undone and unhooked. Very annoying that we have to fix it daily 😩 could anything be done about it?

The net was the hardest thing to put on it was almost impossible really tight fit when looking at the trampoline from a distance you can see a few of the net bars are not straight because of the net being so tight they lean to the left

An employee noticed that my order had a specialized part and took the time to call me to verify which model trampoline we have. The trampoline was previously used that we picked up off a neighbor so we didnt have any paperwork but knew their address. As i was guessing which model it was this kind employee took the time to look up in the system which model it was via our friend/neighbor’s address. What unexpected attention to detail and care for just a second hand customer buying spare parts! And the product, worlds better than our last tramp!
