Excellent product and experience
Trampoline came exactly when they said it would. We had one small issue with the anchor kit we ordered - it was missing a strap. Customer service responses immediately with sending us an entire replacement kit. Very high quality product and excellent experience!

Very happy with our purchase

Worth every penny
Very easy to set up but should have two people to make it go faster and provide support. My kids are the uses for a few weeks now and absolutely love it age ranges from 4 to 14.

You do not sell the poles that are most…
You do not sell the poles that are most likely to break. Looking to replace the vertical curved poles that hold the net. Seems intentional to force people to buy a new trampoline. I find this unacceptable.

Basketball hoop
Simple and easy to order the accessories I wanted. I didn’t need to contact customer service this time but I had in the past and they were great at solving any issues a has fast.

Trampoline came quickly
Trampoline came quickly, nothing was missing. Has a family fun putting it together. Instructions were easy to follow and end result was perfect. Would recommend to anyone e looking for a trampoline!
