We finally transformed our overgrown, weed filled, backyard to an oasis with new patio, pergola and trampoline. We originally thought about getting one of those springless trampolines but decided we wanted a traditional bounce. Looking around we saw so many that we started looking for the best rated and found Jumpflex. When laying out our backyard we felt like a 14' trampoline would work best and it sure has! In addition to the trampoline we purchased the sunshade which has been great as our backyard doesn't have much shade. Overall it has been a great hit and held up nicely over the first couple of months of use. We've had many kids jumping at once as well as a few adults. The one con, thus far, is the safety net enclosure bottom connectors come off occasionally from the spring/frame. Its no biggie but does take time to place back.

It was very simple to assemble. My friend and I got it done in an afternoon. He remarked that it was of higher quality and sturdier that others he has seen. It does have to be assembled exactly as the instructions state, otherwise the net support poles won’t hold up as designed. We are very satisfied and our daughter absolutely loves it. I am glad I did the research!

Perfect trampoline. Great customer service. Wouldn’t buy any other brand. Solid, safe and fun.

Update: Jumpflex customer Service went above and beyond!! We were expecting for the resolution to be that our card would be refunded until parts were available and shipped. Instead, we were notified within 48 hours that as the weld break was a manufacturing issue, the cost of the replacement parts would be covered. Original review: We have had recent issues with the quality of the welds on the frame. The customer support team was great and sent us new frame post pieces. When we went to reassembly the frame we noticed that there were 3 more welds we didn't notice were completely popped off. This was dissappointing. We ordered replacement pieces end of May which are backordered and still have not shipped. However, my credit card has been charged. So workmanship and charging for product not yet shipped are reason for initial poor review. See update above for Jumpflex response which was top notch and handled very sincerely. We have changed our rating to reflect.

Quality product my kids love it. Worth the price

We had a smaller, cheaper trampoline, and it fell apart within two years. I looked up the cost to replace a few parts, it was over $200! I decided it was time to upgrade, and Jump Flex was a great choice. The lifetime warranty sealed the deal. Thanks Jump Flex!
