Loving our new trampoline!
Loving our new trampoline!! We’ve owned many in the past, and this one is by far the best built!! It was so easy to assemble!! The only minor issue we are having is the net is coming off the springs easily. Trying to figure out at way to resolve this.

BEST SHADE COVER!!
We purchased the trampoline cover for our 12ft trampoline(not a jumpflex trampoline) and it’s amazing. Exceptional quality that is easy to install. It saves us from the Texas heat and sun. This product is such a great invention and needed for those hot summer days. Will order from this company again, customer service and shipping was perfect.

Worth it!
It wasn't cheap, but worth every penny! Great quality, My boys have not missed a day jumping. We had friends over and at one time 5 kids jumping no problem! We are very happy with purchase.

Great warranty service.
A piece of our trampoline broke two years into our 10 year warranty. I called customer service and replacement parts were shipped & arrived extremely quickly (at no cost, of course). Very friendly & helpful folks!

Jumpflex comes through again
Jumpflex comes through again! Their SmartShade was easy to order and a good value for us; it came quickly and was easy to install on the trampoline.
