Scam company
Scam company. My harness was delayed for almost a full month and customer service wouldn't give me any real information, finally when I told them on no uncertain terms that I wanted a refund they didn't respond to that email at all but instead shipped the package two days later. I'd already ordered a harness from a different company because my dog was pulling so bad and I couldn't wait any longer, now Joyride wants to charge me $8 to return a harness I didn't ask for and have never used. Everyone should stay far away from this company, do some googling for the best no pull harnesses and you'll find a lot of great options, I won't advertise for the company I wound up with but I am very happy with it. Oh and by the way you might notice Joyride doesn't show up on any of those lists. EDIT: You see now they are offering to waive the $8 return fee, I swear I was in touch with them prior to this review, explained the situation in greater detail even than I did here, and was told flatly that they would NOT waive the $8. It's not about the money anymore, it's about saving anyone else the absolute frustration that comes in dealing with Joyride.

Thank you for your feedback. We were experiencing delays like most companies because of COVID-19. We did put a post on our Facebook page about the delays and send emails to our customers to notify of the delays. I am very sorry if we missed sending you a message. We are happy to waive the usual stocking fee. Please send us a message at [email protected].
