The harness didn't fit our dog. That's not what earns them a terrible review. I am warning you not to deal with them because of their horrible customer service. I paid for expedited processing, only to receive a message that they are behind on processing orders. After multiple requests, they said they would return that fee, but I haven't seen it yet. After multiple requests for an ETA, they created a shipping label - product didn't ship for another week. They charged another 7.95 "return fee". Avoid them - Not worth it!

Ordered harness and leash. Never received. After ordering I received an email that shipping would take a little longer than expected due to virus. Patiently waited then contacted company regarding status. They responded it was sent Sent a tracking number but we never received product. Contacting company is not good. Only contact is through email. No phone contact available. I have sent numerous emails with no satisfaction and still no harness or leash but out $70.00

I don't believe this is a scam company but I do believe they are out of their depth with a lot of over inflated/fake reviews. The phone number on the website doesn't work, apparently it's being "fixed". Don't expect communicative customer service, the third party online chat will take your details promising someone will call you within 24-48hrs. They wont call! I questioned how they were going to call me if the phone lines are broken? Apparently they're only broken for inbound calls but can make outgoing calls. The actually harness itself is not a true "no-pull" harness but it does take the edge off. We bought it as my wife is pregnant and doesn't need to be dragged down the road by a 100lb Bernese pup. Seems to be well constructed but it way to early to tell if it's built to last. In all honesty there are exactly the same style harnesses in the major pet stores which will take the hassle out of the buying process.

I got a harness from Joyride. The first harness was too small so I sent it back. The 2nd one took about 6 weeks to get to Albuquerque. I even started a dispute procedure because customer support heard from the carrier that I'd received it even when I hadn't. Then one day I got a text from the carrier that said it was delivered and it was in my mail box. It's a really nice harness. It's the first no pull harness that is really no pull. It does have a flaw though. It hurts my dog's "elbow." I had to remake it. The buckle scraped his elbow raw. Poor little guy. Other than that I have no complaints.

My dog hates this harness more than anything in the world. I was so excited to get it for him because a friend said she loves it. Well, we can't even get it in him because he hates that it goes over his head. It takes a good 10mona for us to even get it on him. Definitely not good for all dogs. I'm actually really upset that he doesn't like it. Such a nice harness.

SCAM!!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!! RETURNED MY HARNESS BECAUSE IT DIDN'T WORK FOR MY DOG AND NOW THEY WILL NOT REPLY TO EMAILS AND THE PHONE NUMBER IS JUST A RECORDING. NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY!!!!! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK...NOW!!!!!

I have tried to get a reply. I got a harness size large pink&stars. I have never once had the courtesy of a reply. You are a sponsor of Tucker Budsyn. I saw the video & thought it looked like it would help me take my dog outside longer. What a disappointment.
