BEWARE!! Terrible design. Waited way to long to arrive and then I ordered a medium for a standard dachshund and it has a HUGE buckle that rubs the underarm and belly area. Why such a huge buckle for a small dog harness? Additionally TERRIBLE Return Policy. Had to return due to poor design only to find out that I will be charged $7.95 to return this and was only charged $4.95 for initial shipping!?! When I asked about this "Policy" I got an email complaining about how they are a "small company" and need to "recoup their losses" since they can't sell a returned harness as new and "have to pay their employees to process the return"!! Really?? So let's charge people an extra $3.00 to return something that you charged them $4.95 to send in the first place. Let's rip people off who, if the item doesn't work, end up paying $12.90 for NOTHING. An additional $4.95 to return is reasonable but jacking the price up makes no sense. Of course they stated it was embedded on their website but was not listed on the enclosed paperwork that came with the harness! How convenient. Also you will get multiple emails and texts about specials and ordering more harnesses...additionally very annoying as how many does a person need?? Lastly, this harness is way overpriced and I should have trusted my better judgement. AGAIN BEWARE!!

It has been 3 weeks and my item hasn't even shipped. There is no customer service number and the folks emailing me back and forth are not helping. I am going in circles and it's so frustrating. I just want what I bought. I have since ordered a knock off from Amazon that will get here in 2 days!! Unbelievable. And I wanted to support a family-owned American business!!

The snap buckle is so big, that only after 3 walks in them, both of my dogs have raw wounds! I really wish I could upload a picture!

Very well made, and good communication about shipping, etc. Disappointed in the harness itself. It fits well, better than other harnesses we've tried. But it doesn't keep my dog (45lbs husky mix) from pulling, regardless of which leash attachment point used. In that sense, it doesn't work any better than other, less expensive products. Additionally despite it fitting snugly, when holding the harness by the handle, the dog can pull itself out of the harness (still trying to figure out how she managed that).

Horrible customer service. I ordered it then read reviews that escape artists don’t do well with the fit, so Emailed the next day to cancel, since it hadn’t been shipped. They said they would ‘tr’ to reach their shipping department. Unbelievable! It took longer for it to ship than the one I ordered from USDogs, which arrived long before the Joyride. They had plenty of time to cancel. Then they said it would cost me $7.95 to return it! I finally sent it back. I paid $43.90 to buy something that could have been canceled, refunded $28.00. Horrible communication and you cannot speak to a human being. I definitely didn’t like the fit, so I was correct. There is nothing that goes under the chest in between the front legs. Not a good harness and horrible customer service. Steer clear.

I ordered $125 worth of product on May 27th and paid extra for faster shipping. I reached out June 10th for a refund since I have yet to hear anything about my order shipping and was told once I get the package to send it back. Ummm...the tracking number I was given says it is still with them. Complete waste of money and time. And don't try to go to their actual site because they only post the 5 star reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered my harness on May 26th. After several emails asking where my harness was I have yet to receive it. It has been “PENDING” at FedEx since June 1st. Basically FedEx says JoyRide has created a shipping label but they have not received the harness to ship. JoyRide told me they would refund my shipping fee. I have yet to receive it. I am asking for a FULL refund for this product. I’m tired of waiting and especially tired of the lack of customer service. I guarantee I will get another email that they are looking into why it hasn’t shipped yet and to please be patient. I’ve been patient enough. I could have ordered a VERY similar product for half the cost of their harness from Amazon and gotten 2 day free shipping. Not to mention better customer service. Take my word for it, DO NOT waste or money or time on JoyRide Harness. Edit: I have put in a complaint to the BBB. Edit: 6/13/2020, I just put in for a return on the website. I went ahead and paid for the 7.95, because something tells me they will not respond to my emails. I will probably not get my refund either since they are expecting an item that I have not received yet. This has got to be the shadiest business I have ever come across. I would steer way clear of them. There are much better and less costly harnesses on Amazon and Chewy.com, and I’m sure much better customer service. As of this edit my harness is still pending with FedEx. Basically JoyRide has made the shipping label for the product but not given it to FedEx to ship.

I've only had this for a week and a half and I've had to adjust it several times to make it fit even then just now I had to carry my dog home and cut him out of it with my kitchen shears before he choked to death don't ever buy this product if you love your pet
