This was an accidental order while on Facebook. I asked to return it and you refused. I don't even have a dod. My dog passed away May 7th, 2024. At the time of this accidental order I was ordered nail polish.

This purchase was a replacement for our previously well-worn harnesses after three years. Love the improvements on the 2.0 harnesses. So easy to get on. Now, the clasp is still strong but easier to open with one hand.
Response from Joyride HarnessOct 29, 2024
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that you’re enjoying the improvements on the Joyride 2.0 harnesses. It’s great to know that they’re easier to put on and that the clasp is both strong and user-friendly. We truly appreciate your loyalty over the years and hope these new harnesses serve you and your pup well for many more! Happy walks!

Have this harness for both of my Frenchies, easy to put on and works great on French Bulldogs!

I can see how adding leds to the new harness design is appealing from a saftey design , what I am not completely thrilled with is the clasping mechanism of the new harness it isn't as good, as our previous version it sticks and is hard to clasp, and if you have a jumping jellybean of a pup like us makes for a harder mount and dismount.
Response from Joyride HarnessOct 29, 2024
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We appreciate your insight regarding the LED addition for safety—it's great to hear you see the benefits. However, we're sorry to learn that you're having difficulties with the clasping mechanism on the new harness. We understand how important it is for the harness to be easy to use, especially with an energetic pup. Your comments are valuable as we continue to improve our products, and we’ll certainly pass your feedback along to our team. If you have any further concerns or suggestions, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for choosing us, and we hope you and your "jumping jellybean" have many fun adventures together!
