These harnesses work well and the dogs don't "duck and hide" when they see them come out. Had to return one for a smaller size and it was effortless. The shipping time was slower than what I'm generally used to, but they arrived in due course. Thanks!

Thank you for sharing your experience! We're glad the harnesses are working so well, and that your dogs are excited to wear them—no "ducking and hiding" here! It's great to hear the exchange process went smoothly, though we appreciate your feedback on shipping time. We’ll keep working to make it even better. Thank you again for choosing us, and give those pups a pat from us!

Do not buy from Joyride. They do not honor their warranty. My large 60+ dog was pulling when I was walking and the XL harness strap and the side ring strap started to tear. I had purchased previously with no issues but this was within a month. They claimed that it was chewed. If it was chewed by my large dog then there would be a lot more damage. Poor customer service. Will not be purchasing for my other dogs and will not be making any referrals about their products. I have purchased cheaper brands with no problems but for the cost they don’t stand behind their products.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience with the harness and any inconvenience it has caused you. We take your concerns seriously, and your satisfaction is very important to us. To ensure we address this issue, we will be sending you a replacement harness despite the damage that occurred. While we do see signs that may suggest the harness was chewed, we want to prioritize your trust in our brand and products. We also appreciate your feedback and will use it to continuously improve both our products and our customer service. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to let me know. Thank you for giving us another opportunity to make this right.

I feel the collar is not as well made as the one I had from a few years ago. the on off clasp doesn't work like it did, you really have to line up. the part with velcro, is too thick and hard to stay closed. all in all I feel they have changed. but I will still buy them.
Response from Joyride HarnessOct 29, 2024
Thank you for your honest feedback—we really appreciate it. We're sorry to hear that the collar clasp and Velcro design didn’t meet your expectations, especially compared to your previous purchase. We’re always working to improve our products, so your input on these details is truly valuable to us. We're glad to know you'll continue to shop with us, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything specific, we can do to make your experience better. Thank you for your loyalty and for sharing your thoughts!

The customer service is second to none. Ordered a medium that was too large. I spoke with a gentleman who asked me to take pictures with it on and send it to him. He immediately said that it was too large and to send back and get the small. He was fabulous. On sending it back via a code provided by him, I went to UPS which is only three miles away, all was completed. That was the easiest return in my life. Rugby enjoys his small harness along with matching “STARS” leash and we hoomans love the training treat bag. Thanks to all involved! Linda Hughes

Thank you for choosing us, and happy adventures with Rugby!

The new duo leash is perfect for our pups. I even had to send the first one back because I ordered the wrong one. The exchange was easy and quick. I will always use Joyride!
