Customer service is somewhat poor and a pain to deal with. Returns and exchanges are not as easy as they’re made out to be. The harness did not help with pulling AT ALL. I wanted to return it but it was too much of a hassle so I just use it for car rides.

Quality product! Fits better than others! Dogs live for their walks and ride alongs. They see their Joy Ride "shirts" and excitement follows in less than a nano second. Our pack consists of 3 distinct body types and weights Because the JoyRide Harness is adjustable we have experienced no issues with getting our guys ready to GO

Love the harness but not the sturdiness. My dog has almost chewed completely thru the strap after only about 4 times wearing. It’s unusable at this point. I emailed Joyride detailing the problem and never heard back from them.

I purchased this harnass because it looked very comfortable for my dobie and eady to put on. After I received it I tried it on him and it is great! Just one buckle to fasten and off we go. Plus with the different styles in different colors my dobie is very trendy too. So happy!

Despite some understandable shipping issues, through frequent helpful communications, our harness arrived. It's amazing how well the medium harness fits our corgi, with no fuss at all. Couldn't ask for a better product or finer staff.
