When I ordered my harness I also paid $14 for a seatbelt attachment. Did receive it. Notified you but nothing was done about it. So got the harness and.m not the seatbelt I paid for.

I feel confident walking my Great Dane with the Joyride Harness and leash. The leash is comfortable in my hand and the second handle is great when needing a “short leash.” The reflective thread on both harness and leash really work well!

I purchased a second harness for my dog Blue.The first was too large. I did like that it was easy to put on and take off. I also liked the rings on either side for walking him. He does not pull like before with another harness brand. Because of all those features I ordered the second harness in a small size. Which works well for his body type. It was packaged and delivered in an appropriate time span. Even with the many shipping delays due to COVID-19. Thank you for great customer service and a wonderful product.

Terrible customer service on exchanges. The customer experience is lost in the impersonal system cannot recover from error and burdensome on the customer to make the exchange. If you want business, you treat the customer right. Your products are not that much better than the competition to throw out service
