This is incredibly effective
This is incredibly effective. I saw results in the goals I had with using it in under 2 weeks and it has improved my sleep unbelievably, which has compounding positive effects in itself.

New pathways to peace
This protocol has allowed my brain to step off the neuropathic train of ptsd. I’m learning to assess, adapt, self advocate and stay present by using this in conjunction with intense therapy. It’s an interesting option especially for someone hesitant to use pharmaceuticals.

A Thoughtful Change in Perspective
I found Joyous within a social media's advertisement algorithm after spending years trying to manage ADHD and the particular frustration that comes with wanting to study, focus, and accomplish something while your attention seems determined to take the scenic route.
I had been using traditional ADHD medication, but eventually decided—with appropriate medical guidance—to explore a different approach through ketamine therapy. I wasn't expecting a miracle, and I certainly wouldn't describe my experience as a “cure.” What I found was something more subtle and, for me, surprisingly meaningful: perspective.
The biggest change was not suddenly becoming perfectly focused. It was feeling less like I was constantly fighting my own mind. I became better able to step back from the noise, observe my thoughts, and return to what I was actually trying to accomplish. Even studying became less of a mental wrestling match and more coding within my command line interface.
A significant part of that experience was having the Joyous treatment team involved throughout the process. Their guidance, communication, and ongoing support helped give the treatment structure and made the experience feel warmly welcoming. I appreciated having people on the other side of the process who treated it as something to approach thoughtfully rather than as a miracle cure.
I'm also hopeful about the broader future of psychedelic research. I'd like to see serious, responsible research into ketamine, psilocybin, mescaline, DMT, microdosing, and other psychedelic therapies. Not hype, and not fear-driven prohibition—just good science, appropriate medical oversight, and honest conversations about both potential benefits and risks.
My experience is my own, and I wouldn't suggest anyone change medication or treatment without speaking with their healthcare professional.
But for me, Joyous provided an experience that helped me relate to my own mind a little differently.
Sometimes, progress isn't about changing who you are; it's about finally having enough quiet to hear yourself think.
I still have ADHD, I still get distracted. But for me the noise feels more manageable now, and for me, that has made all the difference.

3 months and going strong
Been experiencing daily, high levels of anxiety, eventually reached a point of pushing me past my limit after getting into a traumatic car accident. After starting, felt my levels of cortisol from stress lower almost instantly. Now I’m on month 3 and though I still get anxiety, it’s manageable!

Well run and efficient
Well run and efficient. The medication has helped. The check-ins are very good and it's a great experience overall. If a human wants help, they are offering help. If you, fellow human, need help, I recommend at least TRYING it out. Take the risk! 👍🤙😁
