Incredibly easy service and a fantastic medication that is literally got me off of antidepressants and sleeping pills

I started this journey a few years ago, 3 years I believe. I was at a low low point in my life and was looking into alternative treatments for depression and anxiety as normal drugs used by most Healthcare providers either didn't work well or had horrendous side effects. I looked into the Infusions and found most places were far away from my area and very expensive. I was hopeful to be able to utilize spravato when it become available and my insurance wouldn't approve the treatments. I found joyous and did some research. I figured I had nothing to loose and alot to gain if it worked. It wasnt an overnight cure, but day by day I felt better, I felt less anxious, I felt able to participate in areas of my life I had been neglecting. Im now more attentive to my needs and the needs of my family. I've been able to handle situations and hurdles that would have collapsed my world before this treatment. I returned to college, got a new degree, returned to college again and working on a new degree. I am active with my kids schooling and my older kid's lives as well. I can now participate and volunteer in church, recovery groups, homelessness outreach groups. Things that fulfill me and my family. Ive had hurdles.... my lungs were damaged by COVID and then the flu and I become oxygen dependent and was unable to continue my work in prison healthcare. It was a struggle and some days still are, but thanks to treatment its been manageable and helped me look at alternative routes and not feel that im alone in the pit reaching for help. I absolutely recommend giving this treatment a try. At the end of the day we have nothing to lose we have already hit the bottom. We have a whole life and existence to reenter if we give it a go and put in the work the program recommends. Highly recommended It really works for my anxiety

Individual mid 30s. Suffers from depression and anxiety for 20 years. With months of inability to really operate. Scared from conflicts. Stressed from every chance of risk. Dark thoughts constantly.
