Joyous has single handedly helped with my menty health than anything

This has been a life saver for me. It has allowed me to create new ways of thinking and learning. I can almost feel the new pathways, the new good thoughts literally taking over my mind and how I think. It’s not scary. Since it’s micro doses, you don’t get the disassociation that larger doses of ketamine can cause. It’s important to carve out some time for yourself to do your therapy and to be consistent. I have been diagnosed with medication resistant major depression and this therapy has worked for me.
