No Joy in Joyous
No Joy in Joyous. For some the program appears to work, (or employees write reviews) sadly most are taken advantage of. The company always responds with pleasantries, states of of intent to improve, yet simply they are not improving. Never has Joyous outlined their "steps to improve". Getting involved with this company has the potential to worsen all conditions you are seeking medical care for. This company has few employees likely the founders are running and ruining it all. Their business model is simply to contract out all -in essence this organization is just a general contactor. They sell your information to doctors that prescribe. They give your information to 'other" "partners" to maintain an Artificial Intelligence database. The company goes through great lengths to not provide actual program support,..,they even state the ONLY means of contact or communication is via text or email. The company response to both text or e-mail is only canned comments that fail to address the reason for contact by the patient. Never fear though,.....they are always "working" on improvements.....yet the success of alleged work is NOT noticable. Joyous manages a community forum for their patients. This forum is FULL of customer issues, complaints, and concerns. Joyous has never "stepped up to the plate" and resolved or mitigated any issues in this forum. When a company practices open deceit, just imagine how crooked they are behind the scenes and their patients back.....these are doctors who under oath promised to do no harm. Joyous has inflicted more harm and emotional distress than necessary. In essence, the company provides you a doctor, that you will never be able to contact except through Joyous. Does that sound bizarre, imagine having a doctor that you can only contact through Joyous, most of these "doctors" are unable to be found when searching their credentials......shady at best. Another interesting fact,...Joyous does not post their doctors on their website either.....exactly what are they hiding?????
