Joyous has been great! Everything has been clear and easy, the Ketamine treatment itself has been amazing: I've been getting my work done with less stress, doing my therapy every day, showering, brushing my teeth, cleaning my kitchen, taking care of errands I've been putting off and reaching out to friends and family. My life has been on such an upward spiral. The reminder texts they send are helpful, it's so easy to book appointments, and I even had a difficult time getting a correct blood pressure reading due to difficulties with a manual reader and blood phobia, but they were supportive and helpful and gave me some ideas about different things to try, and in the end I was able to find something that worked so I could get the reading. Everyone's been friendly and it's just been a great experience.

My son passed away in October of 2022, it was very traumatic in and of itself, but there were a lot of things that happened and that I experienced holding him as he died. I developed PTSD. The enormity of my grief still exists, I haven't become numb to it, but it doesn't feel like it's suffocating me every second of the day anymore. My brain feels like it's "breathing", because the brain fog is lifting. Joyous doesn't make me feel loopy, so it doesn't pause my life in the sense that I have to deal with side effects. I feel so excited to see where my journey continues to go as I move forward with Joyous. I have recommended this program to countless people in the nearly 4 months that I have been doing the program. If you are thinking about choosing Joyous, just do it. You have nothing to lose, and so very much to gain.

My treatment was suddenly discontinued after having received the same treatment for months. The day I had scheduled an appointment with the provider to renew my prescription I was dropped as a patient. There was little to no explanation as to why. I am very disappointed with the service I received.
