Terrible customer service and you can never reach a person.It is AI chat/text followed by overseas text/email support ONLY. First they left me in waiting room and provider was no show. When I hit the nurse practitioner on the line.It was fine but I had a follow-up question before starting?And I couldn't get that answered. After several times of not being able to connect with someone on the phone I canceled the service and got charged two hundred fifty dollars of a cancellation fee.

Worst thieving company EVER. They will STEAL your money even after you cancel them. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM.

The daily check-ins are very helpful so that they can one, titrate your dosage, and two, you can be cognizant of your own emotional progress.
