JLD - Joy Love Dolls™Reviews of joylovedolls.com

Honestly, it took a while for me to find the right doll, I had looked at everyone's site. I used a site prior to Joy Love Dolls and when I was ready to buy the site was down and they redirected me to your site. When I seen that you offered WM dolls, I contacted them and asked if you were an authorized dealer, they confirmed you were and to be 100% sure, WM told me abut the certificate of authenticity that should be with the doll. When I opened the packet with the instructions, the certificate was inside. When I got the delivery, I had it sent to where I'm staying and the guy that received it had no clue was was inside due to the discreet shipping. When I opened the box, I was amazed to see the detail and quality of the doll. The detail was perfect. As I unboxed the doll and had her assembled, the doll came to life. It is mind blowing how lifelike this doll is. The real feel of the skin and facial detail will make you think you are with a real woman, in other ways too!! The doll came with plenty of extras, cleaning kit, extra head and wigs, I highly recommend you picking one up from Joy Love Dolls soon.

Website has great selection and what I'm looking for

Product said US stock, almost a month later I have not received it because it was shipped from China... misleading but At least they sent the cleaning material two weeks before. However they have kept me updated so far. I might change my review later but so far I'm not happy about saying it a stock item and waiting a month to get it

Excellent service all the way around

Ordering is easy getting the product to the customer is a flaw what I was given has not fit the schedule asked for update and was told it was ready to ship haven't received any confirmation Got my order today thank u trying to get it figure out very happy thank you

I still have not received my package

I'm missing things that i paid for and simply have a incomplete order, I have the doll which is the most important part but it was with trouble, I had to personally ask multiple times for a update as I just didn't get one, and by the time I got an update the doll was but 1 day from arriving, costumer service is good but communication seems to my opinion lacking, overall, not too bad but I would expect better for how much you pay for a doll

very love like dolls just waiting for my item to be delivered but apart from that good customer services
