the worst part is the sending process
I wrote a review the other day criticizing that my order was two weeks later and i was lacking tracking information, but i have to say that i have recived it now. From May 2 to June 23 it's been aproximately 3 weeks of being prepared, one week asking if everything was alright (reply can take at least 3 days) and more than 3 weeks of travel, for what i was told because it was holded in customs. I can turn on FedEx notifications, so when last week it said it was recived to the plane to Spain i didn't knew; after all, at that point i wasn't going to look at everytime the app. when they send me photos, some things didn't look too right and some couldn't be added for some reasons, but over all i though about them as minor flaws. Now that i have recived it, it has all the components I asked for, the texture feels good enough, and labia is better than it looked in photos i think. If anything, it wheights more than i expected, but i haven't checked nor the weight or the height, but i will assume it is alright. I felt a bit dissapointed when the product got delayed and had no new information about the product. Is it really possible to be retained that much long in customs?

Should you buy from JLD?
After purchasing a doll from JLD and getting the wrong doll. It took time to get it sent back and my money refunded. But in the end I did get a full refund and would buy from them again. I have bought from them previously and was very satisfied with that doll.

Panenka je krásná
Panenka je krásná , pečlivě vyrobená . Ovšem moje další požadavky na zpracování , vylepšení nebyla z části akceptována, současně mne o těchto změnách nikdo neinformoval

Decent company, can't return dolls unused
Unfortunately you can't return your doll despite having never used it and was sent the wrong parts. They did however help by refunding partially and sending the right head.

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns aren’t possible once a doll has been shipped, even if unused. I am still awaiting the shemale…
I am still awaiting the shemale attachment as well as the AI system. Everything else has arrived in amazing quality.

Good product, but shipping updates are lacking extremely
Sent the product fine and nice looking product, although they never contacted me to say it was shipped, it did not say it was shipped on their online tracking that I could access through their website. I contacted them asking what is going on and they sent me an email saying it had been shipped then five minutes later an email saying it had been delivered, only issue was the delivery was three days earlier. If I had not asked, they may never have told me it even shipped or delivered or anything as they seemed only to inform me in response to my questions.

Heavy doll
Unable to move the doll because it weighs 48 kg. Box was broken by delivery! No returns possible!
