I must say I was surprised. I ordered it on June 21st and received it July 31st. It took a lot longer than most would expect BUT the doll looks great! After contacting customer support several times they were more than happy to help with any and all my problems or questions! It was a great experience and I will definitely be telling others as well as coming back in the future

I'll be as clear as I can. I made the order on June 12 and it ended up arriving on July 11, taking more than the estimated 2 to 3 weeks, and also they did not notify me that the order was already ready and on its way, but I had to send emails and ask if there were problems, in addition to the fact that the shipping order was sent to me that same day of arrival. Regarding the doll, I am satisfied, they included the improvements that I requested in the note, but they delivered to me incomplete, the vagina suction was incorporated but the control was not included, the painting of skin similar to the human does not have it , and yes I ordered it, it doesn't look bad but it doesn't look like it does in its promotional video. Apart from that, I asked for the teeth and tongue kit and that was not included in the package and they did charge me for it. The additional head is the same as in the photo but its wig is smaller and cannot be placed, so they sent me a wig that doesn't work. But all the customer service was very good, always friendly and answering my questions.

I still have not gotton my doll and no updtes on it

Through no fault of the merchant I had to attempt the purchase twice. I became frustrated with my card issuer's fraud department, and stepped away from the whole thing. I've been browsing their more expensive selections with an eye towards purchase down the road. To my surprise, well after I assumed the transaction lost I was emailed that my cart had been saved. AND I received a more personalized email from support inquiring about the issues I had at checkout. In a brick and mortar setting this sort of situation would be mortifying. I've had it happen. That second email was the equivalent of an in person sales rep apologizing to me and attempting to offer solutions and assurance. All despite the potential distasteful reflections the situation could have placed on me. Frankly it has incentivised me to trust the merchant more, and to hasten my timeline for making that larger purchase.

When I came to this site after looking around I hadn't really expected much, but when my package came in the mail I was pleasantly surprised, for something that was in stock to dip my toes in the water to see what it was like. It had exactly everything it said it would. So if it's your first time getting something from this site I highly recommend it and their customer support is fast. I'm definitely coming back here in the future.
