Delivered the wrong torso but they fixed it within a week
Edited Aug.21st, 2026: Customer service has coordinated with the factory and sent the correct order to me within a week. The Tori doll is amazing. I was told the delivery company will come to recycle the previous wrong order, but customer service hasn't responded ever since. I would appreciate the respond time to be faster. Original: I ordered a Tori curvy doll, but ended up receiving only a petite torso. It is very different from the picture, the legs and thigh are so thin, either the photo is a scam or these guys got me the wrong order. I have sent the complaints let's see what's going on.

We sincerely apologise for the delay in getting back to you regarding the collection of the incorrect body. We are still waiting for the factory to advise us on the arrangements for its collection, which is why there has been a delay in providing you with an update.
