Second time I have ordered and the package has always came like they said it would discreetly and on time.I would definitely recommend ordering from here.

Doll came defective. Both her vagina and anus canals open up all the way to her metal skeleton. Does that sound pleasurable? Cannot use the doll as intended and I'm out over $1500. Poor quality control. They have a policy in place which is they're way of saying they're not responsible for anything. So, they are of no help with customer service or customer satisfaction. Customer service doesn’t seem to listen or care. Now I have to try to fix this crucial issue myself, not an easy fix. I am not happy with them. I did not get exactly what I ordered. Buyer beware. Be very aware! I cannot recommend this company. Also, they say your packaging is discrete but when my box was delivered it had the customs paperwork on the outside of the box clearly stating what was inside. Totally not discrete. Update: They sent me some mini boob thing to cap the end, but it came looking like they pulled it out of the trash. And with nothing to seal it with, water and lube still gets inside behind it, so that’ll cause mold and problems. They did not help me and their email response is laughable. They really should offer refunds or partial refunds. This whole situation is ridiculous. They should take the word Joy out of their name because I am not getting any joy out of this. Don’t get screwed like they screwed me.

At the time of writing my review, I still have not received my product. I looked at the website in regards to how long I should expect my order to be processed and shipped including delivery time and it says 1-3 weeks for custom orders even less time for non custom orders. However I have waited twice as long as that before I decided to contact customer service to find out what was going on with my order. I did get a response from customer support saying that they will check with the wearhouse on my order status. They sent another email saying that it would be shipped in 1-2 weeks. I waited 2 weeks and sent another follow up email. They said that it would be shipped 1-2 days. I waited 4 days and sent another email. They provided two tracking numbers of which only one shows any movement in the past couple days. I have been getting emails to review the quality of the product. I still haven't received anything because it is still on the way... I'm not sure what to expect at this point. But I will be happy to levae another review upon actually recieving my product. I really wanted to order another one but so far I am not sure if I can handle this whole process again. If and when I receive my product I will be happy to give a quality review. This is simply my experience so far. I do hope that the product will exceed my expectations, but at this point in my experience I am afraid that I will be highly dissatisfied. I hope that they prove me wrong. I should know in the next week or so.

First time buyer so I was not confident. But after a little bit of talk with the support everything went fine. I was away of my home and they gently proposed me to delay the package. On the package everthing was there as expected. Great experience and will maybe purchase an other one in the future with them
