The team that designed and built my doll were all artists. She is beautiful, I appreciate the lightness a great deal. I would highly recommend this doll.

Same critique as most reviews, the "on hand" order took about 2 weeks to ship out, once shipped, it was fast, and end product was outstanding in every way. Discreet, Packaging, quality, everything was high quality.

Caution scam con artist
Got a spin wheel and got 50 dollars of my first order any iteam they wouldnt let me use it and said it have to be over 350 dollars even though iscreen shooted them all the info and was give a slap in the face and award 15 percent off and had to buy the iteam for 50 dollars more because they couldnt own up to the earning on tbere system i had won for signin up this will be my inly anf last order through them unless they give me 50 dollars off any iteam like offered or refund me the 50 bucks i lost because of there negligence and lies i will chnage reveiw one i get the 50 dollars i lost back or 50 dollars plus intrest credit for the unprofessional and scammer like if u ask me and con artist

As mentioned to you by our customer service the email you had received when you code the code was an old email and that is why we had offered you the 15% discount to apologize for the mistake. There is a minimum spend for the on the discount code you received. We have issued you the $50 refund as well. We hope this helps. Thank you again and keep well.

Ordered the hook set for the body
Ordered the hook set for the body, and head. The piece that the hook goes through was not sent . So basically the doll is holding her head in her hands. This wasn't the first time a critical piece was missing..tmI had ask purchased the cleaning irrigator, the bladder was sent but the tube was missing.

Good day Corey, thank you for your feedback. We greatly appreciate hearing from you. In regards to the irrigator, please check inside the part you received the tube is usually placed in there for safe keeping. If it is not there, please be sure to send us an email to our support so we can check for you. And as for the hook set our factory sent as per your order. Our factory checked your order and they confirmed you ordered the hookset which is for the head only and this is what was sent to you not the screw or other. The body hookset is different from the head hookset. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The item is wrong- very very wrong! See above.
The item is wrong - again - it was never what we ordered. We went through a complex process of correcting your absurd error and correcting this to the 5'8" (172 cm) B Cup model, paid the $600 additional plus the $60 correction, corresponded with your department several tiems AND now you are still sending the same grotesque model that we never ordered . Disgraceful service.

As mentioned in our mail communication with customer care the product that is still in transit is the correct product as per the changes you made and paid for on your order. You also acknowledge receiving this update that you will get the correct order. That was the last mail customer service received from you on the 12th of June 2023. We did not get any other communication after with you letting us know you had received the package and that it is indeed the wrong one. If you have received the package already and it is the wrong one as stated in this review, please send pictures as stated on our returns & refunds policy page. Customer care has also emailed with this request for the pictures. We look forward to hearing from you soon to get this sorted for you.
