Great customer service

After reviewing multiple sites , I decided that Joy Love Dolls gave the best deal for the price. Placing an order was as easy as can be. The site was precise with all the information that i needed to make my purchase decision. The only thing that I would suggest to the site set up is to use more pictures of the doll naked and in poses to show the dolls body better.

I received my doll today n am pleased with the few extras for maintenance purposes ,that I wasn't expecting , I'm new to this experience & as seen in photos was correct except the eye color but not worried about that let me add the clothes n shoes I wasn't expecting but grateful.....

Purchasing was easy, the website is navigable, and the doll arrived, however the left arm will only bend to the left which is an odd and not natural angle. Someone might have screwed up there, but for the most part everything went well

At first I got a little skeptical when the site wouldn’t take my bank card but it was my bank fault. The after 9 days of waiting for her to ship also I would have a tracking number I contacted customer service. Within two hour I had a return email saying she had shipped and providing a tracking number. 3 days later I had my package. I give customer service 10 outta 10. Even though the quality is superb I have to give the manufacturer 6 outta 10 for failing to keep me informed on a 2000 dollar purchase

I am still waiting to hear back about my product being shipped. I am hoping to post here and they'll see it because I keep emailing them but no response. It took me calling UPS to know why there was a delay when it should be their job to notify me. It is still held in China somewhere, but the factory needs to change their labeling. I hope that the delay in their response is because of lack of staffing or resources. Again, hope to hear something about it soon.

My order got here on time with good customer service. I got exactly what I ordered as well!!

Zara arrived at my house today with no issues to speak of. After spending some time unpacking and assembling her I was pleased with the quality overall. I look forward to exploring her more and am happy with the product this far.
