I have been trying to return a dress for over a month now and the company keeps claiming their return system is down. They will not process my return! And they won’t even talk in person. Only email and “live chat” options that both give you the run around. I received beautiful dresses but sadly had ordered multiple sizes to try on, and am now stuck with all of them. Don’t purchase from this site!

Seems like I'm not the only one having a problem making a return. I bought two dresses at full price in January and once I received them I decided to return one. I've been trying to return it or even exchange it, but like everyone else, the company claims their return system is down. Over four weeks now. It's clear they are not planning to honor their return policy. What a scam. Warning: Chinese company

I placed an order for a dress. It was too long. I asked for a return authorization immediately. They replied saying the returns system is being updated and i should keep trying to place the return. I have tried over several days over 3 wk period. The returns system still being updated. This order was $167. This is nothing more than theft.

I have trying for a month now to reach someone so that i can return a dress that did not fit my daughter. I have been told to be patient and try again in a few days. I have not heard back from anyone with any updates. Also your website still tells me return system is down, FOR HOW LONG?????. How is it possible that someone who just spent $100 plus on a dress can not speak to a live rep or process a return. Buying a dress from this establishment was a mistake. I am extremely disappointed in your customer service. I will be sure to leave a negative review on all social media platforms.

They claim the return website has been down now almost a month and can not and will not process any type of return. This would’ve been good information to know ahead of time as I would have shopped elsewhere. I never would purchase something online, unable to try it on without an immediate option to return it

THEY WILL NOT TAKE RETURNS!! ONLY STORE CREDIT ! YOU BETTER HOLD YOUR NOSE ( SMELLY CLOTHES)AND BETTER LIKE THE CLOTHES. The picture are quite impressive but incredibly poor quality dresses. Should sell on Temu or Shein instead. My daughters dress for a Christmas event came packaged in a bag with a HORRIBLE SMELL!!! I can not be the only one with this experience. I emailed them right away. This was early December 2024. I am still waiting for a refund . They are only offering credit. PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY I WOULD WANT A CREDIT FROM A COMPANY THAT WOULD SEND ME A FOUL SMELLNG DRESS!!

I have bought a couple of dresses and I have been happy with them. They are a bit overpriced but they are very flowery etc. however they should make it A LOT more clear that if you use a COUPON you CANT get a refund. It should be stated as you are checking out or in the description…not in small print in the return section. It really is very underhand Edit* After reading the reply…. Yes it is available but most people won’t realize you can’t return if you have used a coupon. Multiple other people have complained so you know what you’re doing. You know it’s underhand. You are telling me it’s my own fault for not reading a huge policy….no your company freely hands out coupons KNOWING it will void any return. Stop acting like it is our fault for not scouring the website for fine print
