The employees simply do not listen! I have gotten into it with them multiple times due to them not listening! A complaint will be filed with BBB. The prices are great for the shots, but the lack of listening skills is a serious issue. Due to this, I will no longer be a customer. They try to force you to increase dosages and charge your card without permission. I’ve told them I would let them know when I want my card charged but do you think they followed instructions? Nope! I don’t understand how most of their employees are degreed and licensed smh I will never understand. I will also be contacting the Philippine Board of Nursing. Update: The director reached out to me via email to try and resolve this issue. The director stated they would contact billing to see about giving me a refund for the $69. The director requested that I take this review down before giving me a refund. I told the director to not contact me again, and that we will battle this out through the bank and BBB. This business is full of unethical people that are degreed, licensed, and working in the medical field! I told the director that I will not be removing this review, because people need to know the truth. I am sick of businesses trying to cover up the bad. Nothing is perfect. This business is flawed like any other business. Shame on this business! I will be spreading the word like wildfire, as I would want someone to do the same to help me or others out. Good luck getting a hold of anyone! The communication is awful and every time something goes wrong, they will blame you or gaslight you that you should expect a "long wait time" even though you had an appointment, because that is just how it works when you wait to see a dr. Then when you bring up issues, you are treated awful or completely ignored.

If I could do less than 1 star, I would. My experience with them was a complete nightmare!! Thankfully, I was only with them one month! I learned real quick they were absolutely awful! Communication was slow & not helpful at all. They sent my meds to my bill to address (which I can’t get packages delivered to) instead of my ship to address even though it was clearly stated correctly on my invoice and receipt that I paid. Then refused to make it right even though it was an error on their part & then tried to blame me for it. I wouldn’t recommend them at all to anybody! RUN AWAY FAST FROM THEM!!! It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a telehealth company!

Join Pomegranate is a NIGHTMARE Signing up for this service was the biggest mistake I've made in my weight loss journey. I was started off at a medical spa and wanted to go to a virtual provider for the cost savings, but you truly get what you pay for with them. There's a real reason why their price is the lowest. Your first visit when you sign up is with a great provider, but you will never talk to that person again after sign up. After they get your credit card information you will spend your months chasing down "Virtual Medical Assistants" who live in the Philippines and are unprofessional as heck and the doctor who runs it is even worse. This scam is a WHOLE mess.
