Great customer service
I worked with a person named Joy to figure out some shipping confusion. She was incredibly helpful and proactive and we got everything worked out. I’ve been a Pomegranate Health patient for 5 months and their customer service, delivery, and quality is outstanding.

Simple process, great product
I've placed two orders now (and my husband has as well). It's always gone smoothly and without any hiccups. I'm very satisfied with the process and my meds.

Great overall experience
From the start everyone has been super helpful. My provider Jannah Garcia, has been responsive, helpful, timely with any question I’ve had. When I was confused about timing, Josefa took my concerns seriously and was there to ensure I got my medicine on time. I love their model 10/10

Pomegranate rocks!
I've made 4 orders from Pomegranate and all of them were delivered within 5 days from date of order well packaged and cold. I have to admit that their platform needs some work but their customer support is excellent. With my 4 orders within 2 months, Pomegranate definitely earned my trust based on my experience. 5 stars!!!

Thrilled I've found Pomegranate Health!
I've ordered several times from Pomegranate Health and had a great experience every time. I will admit that I started in the middle of their portal conversion and orders took around 7 days. My most recent order has an Amazon-speed turnaround. I ordered yesterday, paid yesterday, my medical file was processed today, and I received UPS tracking confirmation indicating my order will be delivered tomorrow. The meds have all arrived cold and packed well from different pharmacies, and I've lost 30 lbs+ so far. Also, they by far have the lowest price weight loss medications I have found anywhere online. I'm thrilled I found Pomegranate Health.

It’s what comes next that matters!
Have ordered twice so far and had a pleasant experience both times! A bit of a rocky start as a new client, but I’m not deterred by weird intake hiccups since they’re common across telehealths. Everything went smoothly and lightning fast once it was submitted. Once you’re in the portal it’s user-friendly and easy to navigate. The staff is very communicative both through their platform and on community forums, which is a green flag for transparency and CS. I know Pomegranate has had its downfalls and snafus. Not excusing that or negating anyone that had an unfortunate experience in the past. But I really believe that when things go awry, it’s what comes next or after the criticism/feedback that matters. Pom has put in a concerted effort to improve and it’s evident in how much they’ve grown and smoothed out their process in the past couple of months. And in the midst of a huge sale with an influx of patients! I thought I’d get in and out of this telehealth just for a great price but the changes I’ve seen are compelling me to stick it out with Pom :)

I have ordered tirzepatide twice using…
I have ordered tirzepatide twice using Pomegranate Health. Both orders were trouble free at a great price. When I read about other people having problems when they tried to order the same specials that I did, I'm 100% sure the complainers didn't understand how to properly make the order request and that is what caused their problems, not Pom.
