This company steals money in consultation fees. They have set rules for BMI and don’t say those up front. Instead they take your money and deny you treatment for BMI. If you are just slightly overweight, don’t pay this company a dime as they will just steal your money.

I’ve given Pomegranate Health two chances, and both experiences were extremely disappointing. The first time, they failed to get my medication to me on time, which forced me to stop taking it unexpectedly. I decided to give them another chance, but the second experience was even worse. After being charged $975, I waited over three weeks for my refill and still had not received my medication. When you’re relying on medication, delays like this aren’t just inconvenient, they can directly impact your health and treatment progress. Charging patients while failing to deliver prescriptions in a timely manner is unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pomegranate Health.

Customer service is terrible. They lie and will tell you they will return the $75 fee but don’t stand behind their word. The only customer service is off shore in the Philippines. They give Jacksonville Fla as their location but there’s no contact information or names of owners. What kind of company keeps the money when a potential customer cancels before any services have been provided. Look on Better Business Bureau. Pomegranate is rated a F with a lot of complaints. Sketchy is putting it mildly.

I signed up with Pomegranate Health and paid the $75 consultation fee, but after that, everything went silent. I didn’t receive any follow-up communication, no appointment scheduling, and no clear next steps. The onboarding process made it seem like things would move quickly, but in my case there has been no progress at all. I’ve essentially been left waiting without any updates after being charged. If there are delays, that should be communicated clearly. Right now, the lack of transparency and responsiveness is SO frustrating, especially after paying upfront. It's like they just took the money and went dark. I would recommend improving communication and ensuring that new patients are either scheduled promptly or at least kept informed about timelines! As it stands, the experience feels like it's a scam. I still don't have my money back.

I did my initial questionnaire with Pom health JUST before this FDA stuff broke. Like less than an hour afterwards - it all made me feel really uncomfortable and so I contacted support immediately - again, within an hour or two of doing intake- and asked that they just cancel everything because I felt sketch until things calmed down. No response. Not one. Well, that’s aggravating. So I block transactions from Pom health just in case - and lo and behold I can’t get a response from Pom, but I did see a $400 charge attempted this morning. Still no response from Pom. Awful customer service dudes. I’m really disappointed.

Horrible experience. Will be opening a dispute tomorrow. Paid top dollar last week, attended the appointment. Shot was due today. No communication from pharmacy, no follow up from the company. $400 later. Do not recommend. No tracking. No explanation. Nothing. Tired of doing people’s jobs for them!

I signed up spent a ton of money the medicine barely worked they didn't give me any discounts for getting 4 people to sign up which all had bad experiences. Then I told the lady that was helping me I was not renewing for myself or my dad and yet recently they charged my dad 369 for a membership without are permission. I tried to call spoke to a rude lady asked to have a manager contact me and I have yet to receive a call it's been 6 days.

I tried very hard to resolve this privately and respectfully before posting this. My issue was this: I paid for a multi-month prescription order and later realized I was running out several weeks earlier than I should have. After reviewing my own records carefully, it was clear that I had only received 2 vials, not the 3 I was supposed to receive. What made this experience so frustrating was not just the missing product. It was the way the standard for getting help kept changing. First, the issue was framed around my dosage and usage. Then I was told their records showed 3 vials were sent. After I provided detailed screenshots of my tracked usage showing I had used far less than the total amount they claimed I received, I was told they’d check with the pharmacy team again. Once I had already run out, I was then asked for photos or videos of the original package from months earlier to prove only 2 vials arrived. That was never mentioned upfront, and like most normal customers, I did not keep months-old packaging because I had no reason to believe I’d need to defend what was or wasn’t in the box. Then I was told the case would be escalated based on the information I had already provided. But instead of a real resolution, the answer shifted again: now it was supposedly too old to investigate, too old to adjust, and no replacement could be provided. At another point, I was also told no discount could be offered on a future order either. That is what made this such a poor customer experience. Not just the missing medication, but the repeated movement of the finish line: 
“We’re checking.”
“We escalated it.”
“Please provide delivery proof from months ago.”
“Our records say otherwise.”
“It’s too old now.”
“No replacement.”
“No pricing help.” I stayed polite the entire time. I provided screenshots, explanations, follow-ups and every bit of context I had. In return, I got a drawn-out experience that felt designed to wear me down rather than actually help me out as a paying customer. This review is simply an honest account of a customer experience that was very disappointing, inconsistent and handled with far less accountability than it should have been. 

 I will never be a customer of Pomegranate again after this experience.
