They’re truly a gem! Thank you Pomegranate for your help and support since the beginning! The process seems so easy and convenient for a busy person like me. Thank you for answering all of my questions with patience, and for making me believe in myself that I can do it! And now I am just 2.8 lbs away from my goal weight! Thank you! You guys are amazing!

I had severe pains in my right hip, my left knee and I found difficult to lift my right arm. In 4 sessions of stretching, deep massaging, Dr Rodot tremendously reduced the pains and made my moving around enjoyable.Julien Rodot has a very human and friendly approach to his patients, listens attentively and wins your trust. I very highly recommend him to any future patients..

They have a new process with new choices. It was smooth. It was easy small hiccup that came with the conversation with the practitioner and the cost. Smooth sailing I do feel with any Telehealth if you change the prices that it shouldn’t make a difference if somebody is New or an old customer, the new prices should be across the board and especially if you’ve already had a customer then that should be a help, but with that being said, I have nothing bad to say about them. It was excellent. The pricing was honored. It was just good experience in the end.

Everything from sign up to intake to my appointment was seamless. Incredibly user-friendly, very upfront and forthcoming with information, all questions asked and answered very happy overall with the experience.

The care and support I’ve received at Pomegranate have been exceptional. For the first time in a long while, I feel truly seen; not just as a patient, but as a person. I really appreciate the consistent communication and the regular check-ins to see how I’m doing. It’s clear that the nurses, providers, and everyone at Pomegranate genuinely care about delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Exceptional and Holistic Care Across the Board! I’ve had an outstanding experience with Pomegranate! The entire team is incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and consistently go above and beyond. Sick consults and prescriptions are handled quickly—often within hours—which has been a lifesaver more than once. What truly makes them stand out is the full-spectrum support they offer. From urgent sick consultations to nutrition and wellness to weight loss guidance, they provide a holistic approach that feels both personal and effective. Everyone I’ve interacted with—from the nurse to the intake specialist to the physicians—has been absolutely top-notch. Professional, compassionate, and incredibly supportive at every step. I genuinely feel like I have an entire care team looking out for me. Highly, highly recommend!
