It's hard to get really personal about our most intimate health issues over a computer camera. Without the in-person care, it can only be so specific. And the 15-minute time slot constraint can really be felt, especially when one has detailed questions. I often feel I'm not getting all the info or guidance I could get.

My primary turned me down on helping me with some issues because it was "old age" and I needed to learn to cope with it. After research, I found this place with an NP and decided to try it. I love my NP and highly would recommend her to anyone. The video teleahealth is wonderful and I'm on the road to getting back to where I hoped to be. She is kind, compassionate and listens to everything before making the decision for my plan.

The provider has been amazing with listening and changing my treatment plan as needed. She has been friendly, kind, and clearly knowledgeable. She has been careful to make sure my medications are safe, monitor side effects, ensure they are working as they should, and make sure I have refills as needed. The convenience has just been amazing too!

Hidden costs and misleading offers that this service is covered and in services with my insurance plan. Months later they charged me $250 for a very short Telehealth visit! I believe this is a deliberate attempt to make an apt with them. Higher than a regular Dr visit. STAY AWAY

My health care provider (Holly) listened to my issues and took the time to explain them and address them. She made sure to provide a treatment that my insurance covers, and I am so happy to have received help. I am already feeling the effects of my treatment and I appreciate it a lot.
