What made my experience great is that they listened to me! I felt heard and seen! My concerns were not dismissed. I was suffering in silence for five years and no one would listen or believe me. The treatment plan put in place for me is changing my life! I am now mending relationships and getting my life back thanks to MIDI Health.

Avoid like the plague! They assigned me a Clinician, with zero personality, communication skills or empathy, then charged my insurance company for a "mental health" assessment on top of the cost for the virtual visit. The "mental health" assessment was not mentioned in any of their fees. Also, the Clinician assigned wasn't even credentialed to prescribe BHRT. Convenience does not equal quality!

My insurance info was on the list MIDI of qualified insurance but apparently they don’t take it which I would have only paid out of pocket for my co pay had I been informed of this information. I’m loved my provider but the company itself needs to be much more transparent if they say they take your insurance double and triple check.

Scheduling with Midi was easy and I quickly had my appointment. My provider is knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. My hot flashes are gone and I feel like myself again.

There is no re-explaining, no over justifying. My clinician listened, she educated, we discussed, then there was a clear plan with clear check-ins. No BS, just women getting healthcare.

Since going to the doctor on my own as a young adult until 40+, I have never spent more time with a doctor who saw me as a person and who truly heard me. From scheduling to logging off of the appointment was done with ease. My provider got to know me more in my 30 minute visit than my own PCP. She was very thorough, patient, knowledgeable and willing to see me as person and not just the next patient. I know it’s crazy to say but I’m actually excited for my next appointment.

My provider was very attentive, listening to my concerns and explaining different treatment options thoroughly, including possible side effects. She is personable and remembers me from one visit to the next. My treatment plan has already alleviated so many of my symptoms. The system is easy to access and use.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have a knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate clinician who listens to me, takes my concerns seriously, and has helped me become much more proactive and up-to-date with my overall health—not just my peri-menopause symptoms!
