Lindsay was wonderful during my virtual appointment. She was understanding and compassionate as I shared what I've been experiencing with this new stage of life, menopause. From the very beginning of our conversation, she took the time to listen carefully to how I was feeling and the changes I was noticing in my body. She was kind, professional, and thoughtful throughout the appointment. Lindsay answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns in a way that made me feel heard and supported. I had my Midi initial call with a NP. We discussed options and I was to upload my labs. I did that for review. It’s been 6 days and no reply I listed the scrips that I’d like filed and nothing. I’ve paid my copay and received no help in return.

I have seen two providers and am now scheduled to see my third. MIDI’s systems have a problem with their matching process, and I keep getting matched with a provider and then told I can’t see them again because they are out of my network. The second provider I saw offered so much hope…she listened, was proactive, and helped me look for real solutions. Now, I have no way to contact her or see her again. When it happened the first time, I was willing to chalk it up to a bug in the system. Now that it’s happened twice, I’m afraid to keep trusting my care to someone I will eventually lose access to. I have called and emailed support, and they have offered no help or solutions beyond scheduling me with new people.

My OBGYN pulled my hormones and then asked “have you considered HRT?” He left the room without further explanation or guidance. I went online out of desperation after 3 months of suffering and found MIDI Health. I scheduled an appointment and answered all the questions. The appointment was very helpful. I felt heard, validated, and my HRT was restored in a fashion that should be safe for me. I will recommend MIDI Health to all of my friends suffering from a lack of information about menopause and relief. I just wanted to live my best life and now I’m hopefully on my way to feeling normal again.

Midi will gladly take your money, but it is not upfront about its process. The company markets itself as a champion of women’s health and spends heavily on celebrity endorsements, yet it provides almost no meaningful customer service. Call the support line and you get AI. Email the support desk and you receive a long, AI-written response that does not actually answer your questions. Since no one on their team seems willing to explain this clearly, I will: Between the two to three required visits and lab work, you may spend upward of $700 before being prescribed testosterone. Even then, you may still have no one available to answer basic questions, such as whether your labs have been received or how many visits are required before you can access the medication you specifically requested. I think it is genuinely important that women have more options for menopause symptom relief. But it is unacceptable for companies to market themselves as compassionate health care providers while leaving women confused, unsupported and paying hundreds of dollars just to get basic answers. Women in pain deserve transparency, real customer service and honest pricing. Instead Midi just gives polished marketing followed by a wall of AI-generated nonanswers

Midi was a secret I didn't know I needed to know about! I've been dealing with symptoms for a few years and things just keep getting worse. My Dr and GYN both ran blood tests and told me everything was "normal." (How frustrating!) So I kept on... until more symptoms started to occur and everything pointed to perimenopause - I mean I am 46! Tonya Queen made me feel heard, cared for and less crazy. She didn't push HRT, just provided education and explained all my options. I felt in control the entire time and I start HRT tomorrow. I can't wait! Plus, I booked my appointment and met with Tonya the next morning! (That never happens)

Loved the convenience of the appointment. It was my first time doing a zoom appt but it was so simple. The doctor was really nice, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was really surprised how much time she spent with me and asking for my feedback on possible treatments. Very impressed and will be continuing with it!

Doctor was very professional and executed a plan for me immediately.
