The commercials with that supposed comedian are awful! I find them insulting. I turn them off every time they come on. She is not funny. She is not amusing. We saw her in person once. We walked out because she was so filthy. A lot of people walked out. Sorry - this was a poor choice.

I have been a patient of MIDI Health for nearly a year now; I feel fantastic and heard! Finally. However, I do have to bring to everyone's attention regarding the prescription prices. I have been using testosterone for the past 9 months, paying $60.00 for a 3 months supply. Suddenly, the price is now $100.00 !!!! I did message MIDI to inquire & nothing after a week. I am so very disappointed with them. I feel like they got me feeling better then BAM ! pay more money or feel like crap again. This is awful. Shame on MIDI. I thought they were a different kind of health organization- I was wrong.

Working with Cynthia my NP couldn’t be easier. She has provided excellent care and advice. She is open to any questions and makes it easy to talk about any symptoms I am experiencing. I really appreciate the flexibility of MIDI’s appointment times. I have had zero issues with connecting with my provider and getting medications is seamless

I’m not sure about other people, but me having a black female Doctor was awesome. Gave me a sense of pride and comfortability. She was very patient, direct, knowledgable, explained things clearly. Being able to do this from the convenience of my home was also very helpful and convenient. She was able to order bloodwork and prescriptions and answer questions.

I had a HORRIBLE experience during my MIDI health telehealth appointment. I filled out all of their pre-appointment paperwork and was told that it would be a 30 minute appointment. What I loved was it explicitly was supposed to focus on my perimenopausal symptoms, which not all GP’s focus on. My provider was over 5 minutes late to my virtual appointment, which was at 8am. She NEVER ONE TIME made eye contact with me. She had her camera angled so all I saw was her eyes and hair and she had a fake digital background. She spent the first five minutes in silence reading my intake form. She asked me no questions that weren’t in direct follow up to things on the intake form. She didn’t ask me what I wanted to gain from my appointment. She informed me she was prescribing me estrogen and progesterone, read off risks associated with the meds, then made me schedule a follow up with her in four weeks, then ended the call 12 minutes later. This was an extremely vulnerable appointment for me to make. I can’t even believe that they have providers that treat people like this. I’ve never had such icy treatment from a provider. I’m angry that they billed my insurance $250 for this joke of a medical appointment. I will not be using them again, and I didn’t even take the meds since frankly the only thing I absorbed that she said to me was that they increase my risk of cancer.

I was referred to a lab by midi for some tests. I found out after that the lab does not take my insurance and all costs are due from me. My bill is now over 1200.00. I had a second apt and again I was referred to the same lab for follow up testing. The second clinician I saw obviously did not read my health notes or the notes about the lab. I can not get a live person on the line to answer questions only their AI agent. This has been frustrating.

It’s a scam the nurse told me they would call a prescription in for me I never received my prescription but I’m calling my insurance company tomorrow morning it’s been over a week ..
