Truly unprofessional admin/operations set-up. Hound you with texts and messages about 48-hour cancellation policies for them, then cancelled my appointment 90 minutes before my appointment. They then rescheduled me for some random day/time -- didn't bother to ask if that worked for me and responded to no email/text responses telling them it didn't work, and to cancel, until after the appointment. I ended up moving my whole day around to see the provider who was very nice, but not particularly knowledgeable. Any virtual appointment with any PCP would have been easier and more straightforward.

Finally a practice that understands the menopause experience!

Beware of Midi! They sent me a bill for $250 right away, even though I provided all my insurance information when I first signed up. Since then, I’ve been trying to contact them to bill my insurance. I’ve sent four emails, three messages through their patient portal, and called and left voicemails too. Still nothing. This is absolutely infuriating! They’re completely ignoring me, and it feels like a scam. Has anyone else had this problem with them? Avoid dealing with these guys at all costs!

I see Ms. Tammie Blair for treatment on a regular basis. She really listens to my concerns and provides solutions. She is one of the best health care providers I've ever had. Thank you!

Super awesome first appointment! My clinician Monica was the absolute BEST! I don’t think I’ve ever had a clinician dig deep into my health history and I truly appreciate that! I felt I finally had the attention I needed from a medical provider, that I had been seeking to resolve my health issues. 10/10 I highly recommend Midi and 20/10, I recommend Monica C.! I am looking forward to my upcoming appt!

Provider was a no-show :( I sat around for over 30 minutes and finally gave up. A full NINE HOURS LATER – and only in response to an email I’d sent – I received an apology that the clinician had “technical issues.” A company that relies on an online platform for its brand should be able to notify clients if clinicians have “technical issues,” not just ghost them. (I even tried calling the toll-free number they’d sent me in their confirmation texts – but there were no representatives to talk to.) I received a phone call the following day essentially saying none of this should have happened, but I have since found another provider, as I'm not willing to risk a repeat.

Finding Midi and my provider, Susan, has changed my health! She listened to me and worked with me to balance my crazy hormones. After 3 months, I have no more hot flashes, mood swings and I can sleep at night!! My family doctor & OBGYN just wanted to tell me to just deal with it or take anti-anxiety meds. Working with Susan to get the proper meds and supplements to balance my hormones was life changing. I feel amazing!!! So grateful for Midi Health.

It is a revelation to work with medical staff who are trained in peri/menopause, as well as being up-to-date on the latest information and studies. My primary care facility kept saying they wouldn't treat me until my periods stop. It's such an outdated point of view. I felt heard and respected by the staff at Midi, and I am getting exactly what I wanted out of this journey.
