The whole process could not have been easier. I am so glad that MIDI finally accepts my insurance. LOVE how easy this was. I liked my clinician and visit went well. My prescriptions were at my pharmacy the same day. So far, so GREAT!

The site listed my health insurance as covering the visit, but I was surprised to learn AFTER my initial visit that it was not. I paid the $250 and was told I would get a super bill. Never got it. Sent another request, never got it. Would have been nice to know before the appointment and to then also receive the superbill. My follow up visit lasted maybe 5 minutes at $120, providing no insights other than drugs. Basically no different from a “normal” medical appointment. All feels somewhat misleading and definitely overhyped - time to get the superbill and move on. I feel like I wasted money when I could’ve just seen my GP.

Love the ease of use & convenience of virtual appointments. I've never had to wait to be seen, Dr Herman is prompt with all appointments and so very kind, friendly and patient. I wish Dr. Herman could be my primary care physician for all medical needs. If there were more like her, I guarantee there would be less fear associated with medical care. I know my white coat hypertension has lessened significantly during visits. I feel great!

Katrina Pinkerton, my midi NP, is the first and only medical professional I’ve seen who has any clue about menopausal symptoms and how to treat them. She is compassionate, a good listener, and has helped me so much. She even helped me kick my cannabis habit that once worked for my symptoms but had stopped working and had started making them worse. Also, midi has been so user friendly and I love that my insurance covers them. I am beyond grateful. 🙏
