Just had my first appointment with Midi a few weeks ago. Merilee, my NP was knowledgeable, listened and very caring. Since the appointment I have had a few questions that I needed addressed by email and they were answered promptly. I'm very impressed! It's been a great experience.

My NP barely asked any questions and it felt like she couldn’t wait to jump off the call. I had to prompt her to explain what she was prescribing. I didn’t get an explanation for side effects which I read up on after the fact. It lasted ten minutes, she was cold, quiet, and this felt like a service to just get a hrt prescription. I don’t want to just get hormones. I wanted to understand what is going on with me.

I came to Midi Health in November 2023 and I was broken, defeated and convinced there was no help for me. I had severe menopause symptoms, was unable to get help and came across Midi on instagram. I was experiencing hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, weight gain, dry skin, hair loss, insomnia, the list goes on. I had been suffering for years and had seen more than 5 healthcare providers. From the first appointment I knew this was a different experience. I felt seen, heard and validated. I became invested in my healthcare, informed about my options and I am making better choices based on the care I am receiving. My doctor is Marissa Fontanez and she is awesome. It is 10 months since my first appointment and my whole life has changed. Seriously, my life has changed. I am sleeping better, have zero hot flashes or night sweats, I have lots more energy and feel great. Midi Health is a great provider, the customer experience is seamless, from learning more about their services to processing insurance and booking an appointment. 10/10, 5 Stars, Highly Recommend.

After all the research I have done I took a chance on the reviews I saw on Facebook. This was the best move I could have made. After a great convo with Savina she set me up with everything I needed. My hormone and weight loss needs. Within a day I was picking up a prescription. Best choice. Just do it.

My midi provider is wonderful. She is a great listener and I have made many improvements in my menopausal health. I highly recommend MIDI as a primary or supplement to your primary. A thirty minute face to face call in my home is even better than in person at my doctors office. I am so grateful I called and made that first appt! Thank you MIDI!
