My first appointment was excellent - she listened to me and gave very helpful information and suggestions. She was up to date on the latest information, unlike some in-person providers that I have recently been to. I love the convenience too! So happy I found Midi Health!

My provider has been awesome to work with. Not only is she knowledgeable in BHRT but very knowledgeable in overall health as well. Im certain after my last visit, I'm on the right track to getting my life back!

My first initial visit was not so great but Midi's team was very fast with making it right. Luke was very compassionate and helpful when I called to express my frustration and disappointment with my initial visit. Immediately he sent an email to a different department who in turn responded within minutes of my phone call. Molly offered me another appointment to rectify the situation. I am glad I gave Midi another opportunity to see a different NP. I had my visit with Amy Watkiss NP and thank God I requested her after reviewing and researching her bio and education. Wow was she not only a wealth of knowledge but so compassionate, understanding, a great listener, very patient and did not make me feel like a number as the other provider's I've seen have done. I walked away with a reminder to myself that although my first initial visit did not go very well does not mean that NP does not know what she is doing, she was just not fit for me. The way she practices may be the liking to another patient and that's OK cause our care is not a one size fits all. Thank you Midi now I can join the rest of the other ladies who boast how great you are!!!

My provider was very attentive. She listened to my symptoms and provided much needed support and solutions. I highly recommend Midi if all of their providers are as caring.

I scheduled an appointment for my perimenopause symptoms. In my research they said they could address my needs, however I am in Ohio and the practitioner said she could not write an RX for my low testosterone and I would need to find a doctor in my state to help me. I still had to pay the $250 bill. They are dishonest and should have told me ahead of time that they cannot assist patients in my state.

Since starting my journey in at the end of July I have nothing but gratitude, and praises to give to the staff at MIDI. I am grateful that I did my research and chose to go with my gut. I am down 30lbs, but besides the weight loss I have found the best NP ever. Thank you Mrs. Rodriguez for acknowledging my concerns and coming up with a solution that works best for me.

I finally feel heard by someone in the medical field. To know it's not just me and they're are ways to feel better, well, that's half the battle.

This company definitely deserves zero star. Very rude and unprofessional customer support by the name of Destiny who cancelled my appointment without any explanation. I tried to have them explained to me why it was cancelled and all I got was it's due to my insurance. I have PPO and my insurance is accepted everywhere and anywhere except for Midi. If my insurance wasn't accepted, why wasn't I asked if I wanted to self-pay because I would have. But I was canceled very rudely without any explanation. I added my comments on their ad on Facebook and I was blocked. This goes to show you that they only want positive reviews and the honest ones are being blocked and deleted. Very dishonest company!!!
