Great experience. My doctor listened to my concerns and answers all my questions. She gave me information, and all my options. She also informed me of the benefits of each tx versus possible risks and side effects people tend to experience. I am feeling so much better since staring Midi 6 months ago. Platform is easy to use and very convenient for my busy lifestyle schedule.

I haven't heard from anyone regarding their patient portal not working. I have no access to my clinition, prescription directions, or billing. It really is hard to communicate. Also disappointed that I didn't know they don't prescribe testosterone in Wisconsin. My insurance has Midi in network through Centivo but they don't take my insurance apparently. Just be prepared and have all the kinks worked out before you subscribe and have a bill.
