I was skeptical but now I'm not. My Midi provider and I had a virtual video call.... she was kind, caring, knowledgeable, friendly and listened to me and my symptoms. She ordered medications and sent them to my pharmacy, she ordered blood work and sent it to LabCorp close to me. I was so impressed that I requested to only see her in the future and she scheduled me a follow up appointment with her in March. I work in the medical field and can vouch that this company and it's providers are totally legit and caring, understandable.

Such a shame because we need more women's health options but this is not it. I had a telehealth appt that seemed fine when it happened. But then I get a notice there is a prescription to pick up at my local pharmacy - a prescription for anxiety meds that was never discussed during my appointment. I assumed they just made a mistake, but the provider double and tripled down on the assertion I had done an assessment and we had talked about it. No, we didn't. Not getting anywhere - I get it, prescribing medication wrongly is a huge problem - I contacted support. They also went back and forth and then, while I was waiting for a response, just closed the support ticket without resolving anything. I waited a day to see if they picked it back up or replied to my voicemail, but nothing. I hate to write a bad review of a service that is desperately needed but they are not trustworthy in a field where that is most important.

I look forward to having my routine appointment with my provider on zoom. My NP Hernandez, is always on time l. Pleaseant and listens to your concern. NP Hernandez Sydney is knowledgeable with my concern.

The practitioner listened to my concerns and questions. She had great knowledge.

Loryn Ashton really helped in my menopause journey. My joints were super sore and walking downstairs was a chore due to the pain I was having in my joints. I thought this was just aging. It turns out the fogginess weight gain lack of sleep was due to a lack of hormone production in my body. Loryn and MIDI are wonderful. I’m back to sleeping well working out and not feeling like I’m 90 at the Rip old age of 56. Thank you so much, MIDI and Loryn for taking the time to care and make a practice about women and for women.

Not helpful. Expensive. I was hoping for specific, effective recommendations. Spent almost the entire time reviewing the same basic medical history that I'd completed on the forms. At one point, practitioner asked me what options I interested in, without having explained any. I said "I don't know! That's why I'm calling *you.* Advice was vague, with a clear revenue-generating model of booking further appointments. Very disappointing.

My provider was excellent- she was very personable, knowledgeable, and caring. She gave me very thorough insight into HRT and other treatments for my perimenopause journey and provided with me with so many wonderful resources for me to educate myself. She was very good at giving the pros/cons of treatments but not pushy in any way. I learned a great deal and feel like I have a supportive medical partner in this phase of life.

The clinicians with Midi are absolutely wonderful. Midi itself is the absolute worst. They just cut visit times in *half* while increasing the costs of the visits by 25%. You cannot get good care in 15 minutes. Moreover, it's absolutely impossible to get in touch with them about errors and concerns in any way. They (corporate and billing--again, clinicians are great) don't respond to messages in the portal and no one is ever available to take a call. Calls are also rarely, if ever. returned. I have a billing issue with them that I have been trying to solve for almost two weeks and no response. I'm also appalled at the change I've seen in them over the last year and a half in terms of pushing unneeded weight loss products, wrinkle creams, etc. It's fine if people want that, but it's clearly a matter of Midi pivoting from the pro-woman, pro-aging, help-oriented stance they began with to the well-known "you're old, ugly and fat" misogyny we all are so sick of and seeing they can profit off that more than the positive narrative they started with. So if you can get care elsewhere, do it. Even though I adore the actual nurses I've worked with, Midi does not feel trustworthy at all.
