Took under 30 minutes to make an appointment for the next day, which started and ended on time (30 minutes) with a medical professional who was a great listener, up to speed on my exact issues, clearly informed me about what I wanted to know, made a collaborative care plan, set it up, sent me notes from our appointment and had the prescriptions sent in that afternoon. Amazing!

Teresa Vu, NP, is a great communicator. It was easy to communicate my concerns. It has been a while since I have had such an enlightening experience with a medical professional. I never felt rushed during our consultation, and notes left in the portal were thorough; therefore, I was able to reference to ensure I was following directions to the letter. Additionally, I was able to pick up meds the next day!

At long last, someone listened to me, believed me, and was so knowledgeable that she solved my problem! And then had a follow up where she improved on the solution. That feels like a miracle. Two previous gynecologists and a general physician did not have the knowledge or concern to improve my constellation of menopause symptoms the way that my Midi provider did in our first conversation with a change to my hormone therapy and additional supplements. My sleep is better, my brain fog vastly improved, my frozen shoulder is gone--go down the list of all the symptoms and they are better. You don't have to live like most practitioners assure you that you do. My male GP literally said, "You know this goes away at some point." You don't have to suffer through to some distant future. I feel better today.

A friend told me about Midi just 4 days ago. Booking an appointment was a breeze and the communication via email was easy to follow. Today I have already met with a physician, gone over health history and current symptoms of perimenopause, and have prescriptions in hand. My mind is blown! This is the care we all deserve. The physician I was paired with was knowledgeable and helpful. After months of waiting for my insurance to approve a visit with a specialist, I now have everything I need with Midi! If you are a woman in your 40s or 50s with PPO coverage, I urge you to check out MIDI Health ASAP and get yourself on a good health regimen for this challenging stage of life, including menopause. My primary care provider wasn't meeting my needs in this area ... MIDI Health is tailor-made for people like me and other women experiencing "change of life" challenges! Clinically, I have no complaints and I wish I could write a review on just that portion of my interaction with this company. However, the billing department is atrocious and fraudulent resulting in me being responsible for over $1500 worth of labs. Midi keeps saying "your insurance covered it", yes they did, but because they refused to list the proper codes on an initial visit, my insurance determined it was not an included service and subject to my full deductible. I requested Midi to review and sent billing instructions on how to bill appropriately for a well-patient initial visit and they refused to correct their billing. (They only need to add a well patient initial visit diagnosis code on the claim for it to be paid correctly and the billing refuses to update and rebill.)
