The first two appointments were fine, then the day of my next appointment it was cancelled and I had to reschedule our two weeks with another provider. The person I had seen originally left and either didn't supply notice or they didn't adjust the schedule when it was provided. Each appointment was an up on dosage, b recommendation of one of their expensive products or a wait and see. Then after my last appointment they quit taking my insurance and going forward visits would be $150. I decided not to proceed. Now they are charging me $150 for the visit that was a week prior to notification and I have find another provider who is helping. One thing I have learned is how false their weight loss promises were and how much they were shoving pills at me instead of helping me adjust to what my body now needs. Update: Once I left a comment on Facebook it was quickly resolved. Contacting billing originally did nothing but it is now resolved. 2nd Update: I only thought it was resolved, 3 months later they still show I have a balance due. I have tried contacting them again and an told to disregard and they are working on it. All the while I have a new provider that is really looking at my whole health and providing real advise instead of product recommendations.

I was apprehensive about using an online medical provider but so far the process has been positive. Getting my account set up, filling out health questionnaires, scheduling an appointment & logging in for the appointment itself was all very straightforward & simple. The provider I was matched up with was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional & addressed all of my concerns.

My first telehealth call took only 30 mins, the NP was very thorough and I had my labs, Bone Density test & follow up already scheduled. No drive time, no wait time in the office & no waiting on the office to make the referral for lab or out of office appointments. So far the experience has been a 5 out 5!

I paid out-of-pocket for my Midi consultation, and it was worth every penny! I had a bad experience with an OB/GYN who dismissed my symptoms out of hand, and told me I "wouldn't be experiencing that." My Midi clinician took the time and care to explain exactly why birth control pills, the hormones your body produces naturally, and hormone replacement are all different, and she actually believed what I told her about what I was experiencing. What a relief! It really makes a difference to work with people who are specialists in menopause, who are current on the research, and who actually care about improving your life.
