Was a awesome experience and so easy to use the services

Just waited 45 minutes for no one to show up. No phone call from Midi or the provider. Any attempt to contact a human is futile- they filter everything through email and get back to you when they can. This is the second time that I have attempted to become a patient with Midi. The first time the provider also showed up late and was extremely curt and unprofessional. Will not be attempting again. This is shameful, Midi. Do better. UPDATE: Would like to add that the NP did reach out to me shortly after writing this review and explained she had technical issues. I was able to meet with her and had a great experience and I have updated my review based on that exchange (thank you, Nedra, for your empathy and fantastic engagement!). What is still extremely frustrating is that there is no phone number to reach a human being to seek help in these situations. You are only able to send an email and hope that you’ll receive a response within 24 hours. Not the best model for patient support.

Deandra is my Dr./Nurse, not sure of her title but, she and hormone replacement therapy have literally saved my life. I was full of anxiety and depression from low estrogen and, with a small dose of estrogen/progesterone, I feel like myself again. I thought I was going to have to check myself into a mental health care facility, I couldn't figure out what was wrong and after she listened to my issues, she prescribed HRT. My job is back, my life is back, I am back.

In a world were obgyn can’t agree on if perimenopause symptoms are real and to what extent they should be treated MIDI has given me back quality of life and hope

The OB/GYN I worked with was very knowledgeable and supportive. I felt heard and that I Received the treatment I needed.

I had an appointment with Midi that lasted 22 minutes. During this time the "clinician" made me feel worse than I already did. She basically told me that everything was because I am aging. She really didn't listen to me because her notes did not align with what I was saying. She also indicated that she spent 40 minutes with me. That is a flat out lie!!! I have tried calling Midi and emailing to discuss the $250. bill for a bunch of nothing but they never have an available agent even when I call during normal business hours. I have also sent messages and an email. No one responds. This company is pretty much a SCAM. Run!!! Don't fall for all of their false promises.

From my initial question about insurance to scheduling my appointment to my actual visit-everything has been wonderful! Stephanie Harber was so easy to talk to and really addressed my concerns. She thoroughly explained my care plan, and why she was implementing each element. I left my visit feeling seen and heard! I would recommend MIDI and Stephanie to every woman out there!

I love the care and attention I was given in the initial visit. She helped me with my concerns. Super understanding. I am so happy I reached out to Midi health. And look forward to my care with them.
